Rules of Survival is a third-person battle royale clearly inspired by PUBG Mobile, in which up to 120 players face off on a huge island full of weapons and vehicles. As is tradition in games of the genre: the last survivor will win the game. Of course, surviving constant attacks from other players and the constantly diminishing force field reducing the size of the playable area will be no mean feat.
Fully customizable controls
The controls in Rules of Survival are typical of the genre: on the left side of the screen, you will find the virtual D-pad, which you use to move your character, while on the right side, you will have buttons to shoot, crouch and jump, among other things. When you come across a weapon, box, vehicle, or door, you can interact with it by simply tapping the button near the screen’s center. From the options menu, in any case, you can customize all the controls, moving and resizing them to your liking. You can also modify the vehicle-specific controls.
Battle Royale in its purest form
How a game of Rules of Survival pans out is very similar to the way most other battle royale games for Android pan out. All players have to parachute over the island, being able to choose an approximate position to land. As soon as they touch down, they must run out to find weapons, armor, and other useful items to defend themselves against other players. In addition, a deadly force field will gradually reduce the playable area’s size, meaning games last a maximum of half an hour. Luckily, you can use all kinds of vehicles to get around faster: motorcycles, cars, trucks, and vans. Be careful, however, because all vehicles make a lot of noise, and you are bound to attract the attention of your rivals.
